  • Make sure that the email address you entered is the one that you registered for your GIFT.ed account. Do check your spam folder for an email containing the login link.

    If you require additional help, drop us a message and we’ll get back to you.

  • There can be several reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email after creating a GIFT.ed account:

    1. There was a typo or error in the email address when you registered, so the confirmation email is being sent somewhere else.

    2. The email was sent to your spam folder.

    Here's what you can do:

    1. Check your spam folder for a message from noreply@gift-ed.com

    2. Try adding noreply@gift-ed.com to your contacts or your approved senders list.

  • To change or view your GIFT.ed profile details, click the arrow next to your username on the top right corner and choose Settings.
