If captions aren’t appearing on the video, here are a few steps you can follow to enable them:
Start the video and look for the control bar at the bottom of the player. If it’s not visible, tap on the video to make it appear.
In the video controls, find the button for captions.
Tap on the captions icon and select ‘English’.

If you’re still unable to login, you can click ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter the email address you used to register with GIFT.ed. You'll receive a password reset email with instructions on what to do next.

There can be several reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email after creating a GIFT.ed account:
There was a typo or error in the email address when you registered, so the confirmation email is being sent somewhere else.
The automated confirmation email message was sent to your spam folder.
Here's what you can do:
Check your spam folder for a message from gifted@gift-ed.com
Try adding gifted@gift-ed.com to your contacts or your approved senders list.

To change or view your GIFT.ed profile details, click the arrow next to your username on the top right corner and choose Settings.
In your Profile settings, you can update information like your display name, job title, education background and many more.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard is a fun way to compete with your fellow learners while you take the course. You can climb the ranks through various activities like:
Video completion = 5 points
Answer submission = 2-10 points
Discussion engagement = 10 points
Points will reset monthly, giving everyone a chance to win so keep learning and earning!

The top 3 learners with the highest total accumulated points every month will each win a prize.
On the first day of every month, the leaderboard points will reset so everyone has a chance to win!

You are only entitled to win one prize every month so keep learning to win!
Referral

For every referee you introduce who has successfully enrolled and started a course, you’ll earn 20 points that will contribute to your leaderboard ranking.

Your referee will need to fill up this form with their name and email address, as well as your (the referrer) email address. Once we receive the submitted form, we will enrol them onto the platform. That’s it! Once your referee completes their registration and starts learning, you will be awarded 20 points.
