    If you’re new to GIFT.ed, we suggest reading through the 'Getting Started' page to know what to expect on the platform.

  • If you face issues loading any of the content, try the following steps:

    1. Clear your browser cache
      This helps refresh the video page and often resolves playback glitches.

    2. Adjust the video quality
      Lower the video resolution (e.g. from 1080p to 480p or 360p) for smoother streaming, especially on slower connections.

    Still having trouble? Let us know your browser and device details so we can assist further.

  • Sometimes your learning progress may not appear correctly right away. This is usually a temporary sync issue.

    Clear your browser cache — this often helps refresh your progress view.

    If the issue persists after a few minutes, or after clearing your cache, feel free to reach out and we’ll take a closer look.

  • If you’re unable to log in, try the following steps:

    1. Use the correct login link
      Go to https://app.gift-ed.com/login
      Bookmark this page for easy access in future.

    2. Check your email address
      Ensure you’re using the same email address that was registered for your GIFT.ed account.

    3. Still not working? Try these workarounds:

      • Open the login page in incognito/private mode

      • Switch to a different browser or device

      • Clear your browser cache, which often resolves hidden login errors

  • There could be a few reasons why your login or confirmation email hasn’t arrived:

    • Email address error: There may have been a typo during registration, so the email is being sent to the wrong address.

    • Spam filter: Your email provider might have flagged it as spam.

    Here’s what you can do:

    1. Check your spam or junk folder
      Look for an email from noreply@gift-ed.com.

    2. Add us to your contacts
      Add noreply@gift-ed.com to your email contacts or approved sender list to ensure future emails land in your inbox.

    If the email still doesn’t show up after checking and updating your settings, contact us so we can verify your registration.

  • Some organisations may block login links due to internal security settings.

    If that happens, try this workaround:

    1. Forward the login email
      From your work email, forward the email containing the magic login link to your personal email address.

    2. Open the link from your personal email
      Clicking the link from your personal inbox usually bypasses corporate restrictions.

    3. Stay logged in
      Once you're in, your session will stay active for 14 days before requiring re-authentication.

  • If you’ve already reactivated your account but the deactivation message still appears, it’s likely a browser cache issue.

    Try clearing your browser cache, then reload the login page.

  • If you didn’t receive a login email after registering, your account may already exist.

    Go to https://app.gift-ed.com/login and try logging in using your email address. This will trigger a new magic link if your account is already set up.

    Check your spam folder or reach out to us for help.

  • To change or view your GIFT.ed profile details, head to https://app.gift-ed.com.

    Click the arrow next to your username on the top right corner and choose Profile.
