Sales Manager

GIFT.ed is currently seeking a qualified Sales Manager to join our dynamic, high-growth digital learning company. This role will be responsible in executing business development strategies, ensuring business targets are met, maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients aligning to company business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategy aligned with GIFT.ed’s business goals and objectives.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Gift.ed’s product to provide informed solutions and recommendations to clients.

  • Generate and drive leads and acquire new clients.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their successful adoption of GIFT.ed’s product, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Assisting the Head of Sales to identify new opportunities by staying current with the e-learning industry.

  • Work closely with other functions to drive marketing initiatives.

  • Any other responsibilities deemed necessary to ensure sales targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years experience with a proven track record in sales, with a focus on the e-learning industry or educational technology.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage potential corporate clients and partners.

  • Familiarity in digital marketplaces and products – experiences and interest in edtech, corporate learning is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Keen interest in topics central to our curriculum e.g. the emergence of a post-Western world, socio-economic development, globalisation, sustainability, geopolitics, and the evolving roles of business, government, and civil society aligned to GIFT’s ethos.
